About Us

FORMA Design Architects + Engineers, is a multidisciplinary design firm providing comprehensive consultancy services in Architecture, Planning, Structural, Electro Mechanical and Interior Design with integrated skills, allowing the creation of distinctive and imaginative solutions for clients.

FORMA Design Architects + Engineers, is located in Riyadh, KSA and was established in 2008 by Khaled S. ALTassan and Helmi M. Ansari.

Our Founders

Khaled S. ALTassan, Int’l Assoc. AIA

Principal of FORMA Design Architects + Engineers; Master in Construction Management from The Catholic University of America Graduate School of Civil Engineering (USA); Bachelor in Architecture and Planning from The Catholic University of America Undergraduate School of Architecture and Planning (USA).

Prior to founding FORMA design Architects + Engineers, he worked as an Assistant Project Technical Manager at the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, KSA, and being accountable for managing all design technical, logistical matters related to the project including, sustainable development and LEED accreditation.

His experience extends further with his knowledge in real estate and LEED sustainable development, In addition to participating in several comprehensive conferences and seminars. He is both an International Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, (Middle East Chapter), and a certified Professional Engineer from the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Helmi M. Ansari

Partner of FORMA Design Architects + Engineers; Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering Specialty: Buildings; from Saint Joseph University (ESIB) in Beirut (Lebanon).

Prior to co-founding FORMA design Architects + Engineers, he has over 14 years of regional experience in the construction industry on prestigious projects such as King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, holding various positions ranging from Site Engineer, Senior Structural Engineer, Procurement Engineer, Procurement Manager and Commercial Manager.

He is specialized in the field of Construction Management with a wide range expertise in its many sectors for well known companies, In addition to participating in several comprehensive conferences, workshops, training courses and seminars. He is both a certified Professional Engineer from the Saudi Council of Engineers and Beirut Order of Engineers.
